Ducati Riders bike nights in Orange County

A bike night is the easiest way to meet the club: park your Ducati with everyone else’s, eat something, talk about bikes for a couple of hours, ride home. They are free and open to non-members. Guests, friends and family are welcome, and you do not need to register or tell anyone you are coming.

DROC has run 147 bike nights since 2018, and they are the most consistent thing the club does.

When they happen

  • 4th Thursday of the month at Ducati Newport Beach, 1601 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa. 61 of our bike nights have been here, which is why members call it the Candy Store. November and December move, because of the holidays.
  • 2nd Thursday of the month at a rotating Orange County venue: breweries, pubs, taco places, wherever will have a row of Ducatis parked outside.
  • Both start at 6:30 PM and run to about 8:30 PM.

Where the rotating ones have been

If you run a venue in Orange County with space out front for twenty motorcycles and you would like a Thursday full of Ducati riders buying food, get in touch.

What actually happens

Not a lot, and that is the point. People arrive between 6:30 and 7, park in a row, and stand around looking at each other’s bikes. Some months there is something on: a new model unveiling at the dealership, a guest, a technical demo, a raffle. Most months it is just riders talking.

If you have just bought your first Ducati and you do not know anyone, this is the low-stakes way in.
