California Ducati Week
California Ducati Week powered by Ducati Official Clubs (CADW) is the annual gathering of California’s Ducati Official Clubs. It was created to do for the state what World Ducati Week does for the brand: put every club in one place for a few days of riding and let the community do the rest.
California Ducati Week 2026: the recap
The second California Ducati Week brought Ducati Official Clubs together in Pismo Beach from September 17–20, 2026, during Ducati’s centenary year. The event has concluded. DROC and Bay Area DOC helped organize four days of rides, reunions, and time together off the bikes.
- 92 attendees on 72 bikes
- About 62,000 miles ridden by participants
- 18 clubs represented: 10 California clubs and eight visiting clubs from outside the state or country
Ten of California’s 11 member clubs were represented. The eight visiting clubs were Austin Ducati Owners Club, Ducati Official Club Dallas, Ducati Official Club Mexico, DUCATI OWNERS CLUB CDMX, Gotham DOC, Las Vegas DOC, Tampa Bay DOC, and Vancouver Island Ducati Owners Group.
Four days together
Riders arrived from Southern and Northern California on Thursday for the rooftop welcome reception. Friday brought two group ride options, a meet and greet with Josh Herrin, and the gala dinner overlooking the ocean. On Saturday, participants chose the Pacific Coast Highway ride or a Paso Robles winery tour, followed by Tony Bennett’s suspension workshop, a group photo at the Pismo Beach sign, and the closing reception. Sunday was for farewells and the ride home.

How it began in 2025
DROC co-organizes it. The first edition, in September 2025, brought 11 Ducati Official Clubs to Pismo Beach from a community of more than 2,300 riders, for four days of coastal and canyon rides, a Hearst Castle tour, a Paso Robles winery tour, a gala dinner, and sessions with Ducati North America executives including CEO Jason Chinnock.
It worked well enough that Ducati Official Clubs worldwide gave DROC and Bay Area DOC a shared award for the 2025 edition. See the December 2025 press release.
What happens during the week
Before taking part, read the DROC Rules of Conduct. They apply to members, guests, and club leadership at rides, bike nights, track days, and across club conversations.
- Curated coastal and canyon rides, run by the clubs that know those roads.
- Organized tours and activities away from the bikes.
- A gala dinner and social gatherings across the four days.
- Sponsor showcases and sessions on safety and rider technology.
- Time with Ducati North America, which is rare outside a factory event.
Who can come
Members of any Ducati Official Club, and invited guests. If you are not in a club yet and you ride a Ducati in Southern California, joining DROC is the route in.
