DROC Rules of Conduct
Camaraderie. Respect. Loyalty. Responsibility.
DROC brings Ducati enthusiasts together in a welcoming, respectful community. Our vision is an inclusive club built on shared experiences, exploration, and a passion for riding. These expectations help everyone enjoy the club, feel welcome, and trust that problems will be handled fairly.
Our values of camaraderie, respect, loyalty, and responsibility guide these expectations for members, guests, and club leadership at rides, bike nights, get-togethers, track days, and across our communication platforms.

Camaraderie
Welcome people and look out for each other.
- Include newcomers and respect different experience levels and riding abilities.
- Never pressure anyone to ride faster or take risks.
- Accidents, breakdowns, and members needing help deserve our support.
Respect
Treat people well, in person and online.
- Be considerate of members, guests, volunteers, venue staff, and the public.
- Disagreements are fine.
- Shouting at people, abusive language, personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, threats, and intimidation are not.
- Respect other people’s property, privacy, and photo preferences.
- Do not share private information or accident images without permission.
Loyalty
Take care of our shared community.
- Honor your commitments and respect our volunteers’ time and effort.
- Respect our hosts and neighbors, and leave a good impression wherever we gather.
- Keep club conversations friendly and useful; keep politics, religious debates, spam, and personal disputes out of club channels.
- Help guests understand these expectations.
Responsibility
Put safety ahead of ego.
- Arrive prepared, with a fit motorcycle, and appropriate protective gear.
- Ride within your abilities and the conditions.
- Follow traffic laws, ride guidelines, track rules, and event requirements.
- Attend required briefings, follow reasonable directions from organizers and staff, and tell an organizer if you leave a ride early.
- No disruptive revving, burnouts, reckless riding, or behavior that endangers others or disrupts the event.
- No alcohol or recreational drug use before or during rides.
- Never ride impaired, including by medication or fatigue.
- Stay alert and attentive, and give other riders the space they need to ride safely.
Resolve concerns respectfully
- Raise problems calmly with an organizer or club officer instead of escalating a confrontation or starting a group argument.
- Feedback and good-faith safety reports are welcome and must not lead to retaliation.
- Own your mistakes and help resolve them.
- Address disagreements calmly and give each other room to resolve mistakes.
What you can expect from us
- We will communicate clearly, listen to concerns, support members through difficulties, and address problems respectfully and fairly.
- Organizers will intervene in unsafe or abusive behavior.
- Anyone reasonably believed to be impaired will be excluded from riding, and we will help arrange safe transportation.
- Personal verbal attacks will be interrupted; continued abuse, threats, or intimidation will end participation in the event or conversation.
- Online, moderators may remove inappropriate content.
How serious incidents are handled
- Club leadership will review serious or repeated incidents, explain the concern, and give those involved an opportunity to respond.
- Depending on the severity, action may include a warning, suspension from events or club platforms, or termination of membership.
Enjoy the bikes, look out for each other, and help make DROC a club people want to be part of.
