Celebrate being a Ducatista with this worldwide ride
Bring your Ducati and ride with us for this global initiative that takes place simultaneously worldwide once a year. Let’s make every Ducatista proud to belong to this family!
We are so lucky to be supported by one of the best dealers worldwide, Ducati Newport Beach, let’s make some memories!
RIDE PLAN
Please note this is a Ducati-only ride and an easy ride through some of the most characteristic canyons and coastal scenery that Orange County has to offer, for about 60 miles.
- Meetup at 8:30 AM at Porsche Irvine, 14500 Scientific, Irvine, CA 92618
- KSU from 9:00 AM: small groups will take off every few minutes
- Pass-thru Cook’s Corner
- Ride Santiago Canyon
- Quick hop on HWY 22 to reach Sunset Beach for a group picture
- Head to Ducati Newport Beach via PCH
The event at Ducati Newport Beach starts when the group arrives (noon time) and ends around 2 PM.
AT DUCATI NEWPORT BEACH YOU WILL FIND
- Dedicated “Ducati Only Parking” within the dealership parking lot
- Music & refreshments – if you have attended a previous edition, you know what this means 😉
- Photo corner for you & your bike to take professional pictures
- Special perks for DROC members
- Pick up your DROC NEW Member kit if you have not received one yet
Not a member? This is a great opportunity to sign up for the club and receive your Membership Kit during the event.
Ducati Only event
This day is to celebrate our passion for Ducati, so we ask you to join the ride with your favorite Ducati two-wheeler.
GET READY FOR THE RIDE
- Proper Riding Jacket
- Proper Riding Pants
- Proper Riding Gloves
- Proper Riding Boots
- Leathers suggested
- DROC or Ducati gear is highly recommended!
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM RIDERS
We want to emphasize to all riders the importance of staying within their limits. Should the group’s pace exceed your comfort level, there’s no obligation to keep up: the sweeper will be with you the whole time. The group will always stop at important points for everyone to regroup.
Please, don’t ever feel like you are holding the group. We ride to enjoy our motorcycles, among friends, and we want you to be safe.
- Mandatory attendance to the safety meeting before the ride
- Adhere to the indications given during the safety meeting
- No passing on the right side of the road
- Ride your own Ride; don’t push beyond your comfort zone
