We ride twisties to Rock Inn & Lake Castaic
Event Details
Lunch at the famous Rock Inn – it’s been some time!
This ride is through some of the best routes in the Santa Clarita area that lead to the famous Rock Inn restaurant, where we will stop for lunch. We’ll then ride along Lake Castaic to reach Little Tujunga via Santa Clara/May canyon.
Ride plan
- Meetup 8 AM at Shell, 17966 Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, United States
- 8:15 KSU we head to Santa Clarita via 405
- Spunky Canyon road
- Lunch at the Rock Inn
- Lake Castaic
- Little Tujunga to Indian Springs canyons
- Back to Costa Mesa via 2 and 5 between 3 and 4 PM
We’ll stop for gas along the way yet please fill up as soon as you arrive at the meetup location.
Get ready for the ride
- Proper Riding Jacket
- Proper Riding Pants
- Proper Riding Gloves
- Proper Riding Boots
- Leathers recommended
- Long day – bring a bottle of water and a bag with things you might need
Ground Rules
We would like to remind everyone, that each rider SHOULD and MUST ride within their limits. If the group goes at a speed you don’t feel comfortable with, you should not attempt to keep up.
You are encouraged to go at your own pace and the sweeper will be with you always. The group will always stop at important points for everyone to regroup.
Please, don’t feel ever like you are holding the group. We ride to enjoy our motorcycles, among friends and we want you to be safe.
- Safety meeting mandatory before the ride
- Adhere to indications given during the safety meeting
- No passing on the right side of the road
- Ride your own Ride; don’t push beyond your comfort zone
