Track Days at Streets of Willow - April 2024

HER Track Days and DROC invite you to enjoy a track day at the Streets of Willow on Sunday, April 28.
There’s no better and safer place to ride and enjoy your motorcycle than at the track. Develop, practice old or new skills, and have a great time with your fellow riders.
Please remember to sign up directly with HER Track Days following instructions below.
All levels welcome and first time female track riders highly encouraged, 3 groups:
- Female First time track riders dedicated group: no suit required for this group, street gear is ok
- B & C groups for by invitation only men -All DROC male members are invited
- A & B group for female riders
Drone and regular pictures will be available.

TECH OPEN 6:30-7:45: There will be an area marked off with cones that will say TECH, you will bring your bike to get inspected. TECH is open 6:30-7:45 so please give yourself enough time.
RIDERS MEETING 8:00: Our riders meeting is MANDATORY. If you do not attend the meeting you will not ride. Our riders meeting will cover track safety & etiquette for your group!!
Track HOT at 9am and COLD at 5pm
We will be following a 3 session format for each hour. 00 & :20:40. Our first session 1: ALL
Mens B/C group: goes out at 9:00, 2: ALL FEMALE A/B group: 9:20, 3: ALL FEMALE FIRST TIME TRACK RIDERS: 9:40. Our last session ends at 5pm for the day.
BIKE REQUIREMENTS
- Make sure you have proper chain tension. 1″ to 2″ of slack is ideal. Chains that are too loose or too tight will not pass tech inspection
- Make sure there are no loose or missing parts.
- Tape lights/pull fuse, tape mirrors/remove, tape wheel weights
- License plate taped or removed
- Check to make sure there are no leaks (motor oil, coolant, fork oil).
- Cameras mounted to helmets are prohibited.
- GoPros should be tethered to your motorcycle.
- Make sure to fill your bike up, there is gas onsite.
- Tires should not be older than 3 years! Minimum requirement is 50% or more life left in tires.
RIDER GEAR REQUIREMENTS - Undamaged, FULL FACE helmet Snell, DOT, are required
- Please make sure your helmet fits properly. If your helmet is improperly fitted it may not adequately protect you in a crash.
- We strongly recommend that every rider wears a back protector.
- Gloves: Full length leather motorcycle gauntlet gloves are highly recommended.
- Boots: Motorcycle racing/sport boots are highly recommended.
- Textile, leather, full suit or two piece zip suit required.
- If you do not have a suit please contact us to approve your gear.
IF YOU PLAN ON CAMPING THE NIGHT BEFORE AT THE TRACK, PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 9PM. GATES CLOSE AT 9PM
TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE THEY ARE TRANSFERABLE 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT TO ANOTHER EVENT ONLY TO THE SAME YEAR** TICKETS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT YEAR**

A general safety meeting will be held prior to the departure of rides and all riders must be present to attend.
